1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing licotechpro.com or booking services with LicoTech Appliance Repair, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all service calls and repairs conducted in Elk Grove Village and surrounding areas.

2. Payments and Billing

Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of the service call or repair. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
• Digital Transfers: Zelle
• Traditional: Cash and Personal Checks

3. Limitation of Liability

LicoTech Appliance Repair and its technicians shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Food & Medicine Spoilage: We are not responsible for the loss of food, beverages, or medication due to appliance failure or any delays in the repair process.
• Property Damage: We are not liable for damage to flooring (including hardwood, laminate, or tile), walls, or cabinetry that may occur during the normal process of moving an appliance for service.
• Plumbing & Utilities: We are not responsible for water leaks or electrical damage caused by pre-existing brittle, corroded, or improperly installed pipes, water valves, or electrical outlets.
• Pre-existing Conditions: Damage to cabinets or countertops caused by the weight of the appliance or original improper installation is the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Service Access & Parts

The customer is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the appliance. If an appliance is "boxed-in" or built-in by cabinetry or flooring, LicoTech Appliance Repair is not responsible for damage caused during the removal or re-installation of the unit. We are not liable for repair delays caused by manufacturer parts availability for brands such as Samsung, LG, or Miele.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations or "no-shows" will result in a standard service call fee to cover dispatch costs.
